Exchange and Return Policy

To utilize our exchange and return services, please ensure the following:

  • The original invoice is required.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days, and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below:
    • The product must be in its original condition, complete with all accessories, and in its original packaging.
    • For bundles or promotional packages, all items must be returned together and in original condition.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer.
  • Opened products are only eligible for return or exchange if a proven manufacturing defect exists.
  • Non-exchangeable items include products violating warranty conditions, such as:
    • Misuse, damage, or improper handling.
    • Failure to follow operating instructions.
    • Exposure to water (if not waterproof).
    • External maintenance or use of incompatible accessories.
    • Products not in their original state.
  • Store reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of system errors, pricing issues, or stock unavailability. Refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account or card; however, the product cannot be claimed in such cases. Our policies are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Refund Timeline (Bank Transfers): Refunds are processed within 2 to 14 business days.
  • If the product returned has any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, the store will not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Software and video games are non-returnable.
  • Health and beauty products (e.g., shavers, epilators, oral/dental care) are not subject to return, replacement, or refund, unless found defective within 14 days.
  • Mobile phones, computers, and gaming devices are not subject to return, replacement, or refund, unless found defective within 14 days.
  • Activated data SIMs and routers are not subject to return or refund unless found defective within 14 days.
  • Printers, faxes, copy machines, supplies, and accessories are not subject to return, replacement, or refund, unless found defective within 14 days.

Open box returns or exchanges are subject to the following deductions:

  • 40% on mobile phones, laptops, desktops, and tablets.
  • 40% on all other products.
